Pecker Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
1
Box Pecker Pasta
2
Tablespoons Butter
2
1/2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion
16
Ounces Cubed Processed Cheese
3/4
Cup Milk
Salt
to Taste
Ground
Black Pepper to taste
Preparation:
In
a large pot with boiling salted water cook the elbow macaroni until al
dente. Drain.
In
a 2 quart microwave safe covered casserole dish, sauté the onions
and butter or margarine on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add
the cooked and drained pasta, milk, and cubed cheese and stir. Cook for
11 to 12 minutes on high stirring at 4, 8, and 11 minutes. The mixture
will still be runny at this stage. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Let
stand for 5-8 minutes before serving. The sauce will thicken upon standing. |

Ingredients

Box Pecker Pasta

cup of salad dressing
1
cup chopped onions
2
cups of shredded lettuce
1
1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
1
cup of frozen peas, thawed and drained
1
pound bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked
Instructions
In
a large bowl layer the tomatoes, onions, lettuce and peas. Spread
mayonnaise over peas, completely covering top of salad and sealing to edge
of bowl. Add macaroni to the top as the final layer. Cover and refrigerate
several hours or overnight. Top with crumbled bacon just before serving. |

Ingredients

Box Titaroni Boob Pasta

Tablespoons Butter

1/2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion

Ounces Cubed Processed Cheese

Cup Milk
Salt
to Taste

Eggs

cups Bread Crumbs
Vegetable
Oil for frying
Preparation:
In

shape into meatball sized balls. Place on wax paper and freeze overnight.
Start the next day by filling a heavy duty saucepan with approximately
2-3 inches of vegetable oil. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Roll
in dry bread crumbs. Dip in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs
a second time. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until balls are warm
all the way through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. |

Nawty Pasta Salad
Ingredients

Box X-Rated Pasta

large tomatoes
1
cup diced ham
1/2
cup chopped celery
1
cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2
cup chopped green pepper
1/2
cup mayonnaise
1/4
cup sour cream
1
teaspoon onion powder
1
teaspoon pepper
Lettuce
leaves, optional
salt
to taste
Instructions
Cook
macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, slice tomatos in half.
Scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/2-in. shell. Invert tomatoes onto paper towels
to drain. Drain macaroni and rinse in cold water. In a bowl, combine
the macaroni, ham, green pepper, cheese and celery. In a small bowl,
combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder and pepper. Pour over
salad and stir to coat. Spoon into tomato cups. Serve on a lettuce-lined
plate if desired. |

Ingredients

pound ground beef

large stick of celery, chopped

8 ounce cans tomato sauce

tablespoons chili powder

teaspoon dried oregano

and pepper

Box XRated Paste, freshly cooked
8
ounces shredded cheddar cheese

corn tortillas

container sour cream
Instructions
Cut
circles from tortilla's; microwave for 20 seconds to soften. Press
into mini muffin tins, bake at 350° for 5 to 7 minutes.
Cook
beef in heavy large saucepan over medium high heat until brown. Remove
meat and drain. Cook onion in same pan about 5 minutes. Return beef
to pan and stir in everything except pasta and cheese. Stir until heated
through. Add pasta and stir. Spoon into tortilla cups and top
with shredded cheddar cheese. |
